International School St. Lucia is a not-for-profit school, which allows students to earn their diploma by completing credits. This has proven to encourage more students to be successful. In St. Lucia, the need for that flexibility is great. With strong teachers who know how to differentiate programs for students and who practice understanding of the multiple intelligences, students feel valued, learn more quickly, and show better results than before.

The school is also a leader in making opportunities to work in the community, with 40 volunteer hours mandatory for graduation. The school supports the Young Leader and Junior Achievement Programs to add to the students' experiences.
This type of program is costly, yet we manage to keep the tuition lower than most private secondary schools anywhere. If you would like to help more students become learners at this school - a donation toward scholarships for students, student awards, support for tuition, or just for operating expenses - would allow us to continue bringing a high quality, effective mode of education to St. Lucian students at a price they can afford.

The aim of education should be to teach us to think, than what to think -
rather to improve our minds, so as to enable us to think for ourselves,
than to load the memory with the thoughts of other man.
